At Kirkpatrick Partners, she facilitates bronze and silver programs, manages our LMS, LearnWorlds, supports bronze and silver grading efforts, and has the privilege of supporting the vibrant and engaged Kirkpatrick Partners Community. Passionate about continuous improvement, Sarah fosters meaningful relationships and creates an environment that encourages learning, growth, and connection.

Roger has trained and coached over 125,000 professionals across North America and beyond. His diverse client list includes industry giants such as Kaiser Permanente and Xerox. Roger has significantly enhanced corporate training programs and team efficiency, leveraging his unique background as a comedian and writer for a distinct approach to business leadership and development.
He is also an author and holds a Bachelor’s in Education from Cornell College, showcasing his blend of educational and practical expertise.
