July '25 - Kirkpatrick® Bronze Certification Program

The Kirkpatrick® Bronze Certification Program’s purpose is to equip learning and performance professionals with the foundational knowledge of the Kirkpatrick Model and enable them to apply it in their roles to effectively evaluate their mission-critical initiatives and demonstrate the initiative’s value to the organization.

Session dates: July 15, 17, 22, 24

  • Live Sessions:  4 
  • Session Time: 3 hours / per session
  • Optional Working Sessions:  30 minutes / following each session

Jordan Rawlinson

Jordan is learning and performance enthusiast and purpose-driven Instructional Designer with over 7 years of experience developing meaningful learning experiences and encouraging individuals and teams to reach their potential.

She has worked in higher education and for-profit corporate spaces. She's a self-proclaimed personal development nerd and deeply cares about keeping her personal and organizational core values at the forefront of everything she does. 

Chris Howell

Senior Leadership and
Training Consultant 
Chris is an accomplished professional with a background in both military and civilian sectors. He formerly led a project resource management team within the education department of a prominent healthcare organization, where his team adeptly handled the intake, implementation, execution, tracking, and reporting of all initiatives. 

A retired U.S. Army healthcare administration officer, Chris served with distinction in roles ranging from medic to senior healthcare instructor. His military tenure was marked by significant responsibilities in team building, leadership, teaching, mentoring, and delivering advanced military training in leadership. 

In his civilian career, Chris made a substantial impact by integrating the four levels of Kirkpatrick evaluation across five different departments, embedding this methodology into the organization's culture. 

Chris holds certifications as a professional in talent development, a change practitioner, and a black belt in Lean Six Sigma. He is also a Kirkpatrick Gold Certified Professional, demonstrating his extensive expertise in leadership, healthcare, process improvement, data assessment, business analytics, and training design and delivery.
