Chris is an accomplished professional with a background in both military and civilian sectors. He formerly led a project resource management team within the education department of a prominent healthcare organization, where his team adeptly handled the intake, implementation, execution, tracking, and reporting of all initiatives.
A retired U.S. Army healthcare administration officer, Chris served with distinction in roles ranging from medic to senior healthcare instructor. His military tenure was marked by significant responsibilities in team building, leadership, teaching, mentoring, and delivering advanced military training in leadership.
In his civilian career, Chris made a substantial impact by integrating the four levels of Kirkpatrick evaluation across five different departments, embedding this methodology into the organization's culture.
Chris holds certifications as a professional in talent development, a change practitioner, and a black belt in Lean Six Sigma. He is also a Kirkpatrick Gold Certified Professional, demonstrating his extensive expertise in leadership, healthcare, process improvement, data assessment, business analytics, and training design and delivery.
