Why Join?
Design Training that Drives Performance
Too often, training focuses on delivering knowledge rather than driving action. In the Performance Designer by Kirkpatrick program, you’ll learn to create behavior-driven training solutions that don’t just inform—but transform. By aligning your designs with measurable business objectives, you’ll ensure your training leads to real workplace performance improvements and tangible results for your organization.
Ensure Your Training Delivers Measurable Business Impact
Many instructional designers struggle to move beyond Levels 1 and 2 of the Kirkpatrick Model, focusing only on participant satisfaction and knowledge retention. This program teaches you how to design training with Levels 3 (Behavior) and 4 (Results) in mind from the start—ensuring that learning leads to on-the-job behavior change and measurable business outcomes. You’ll develop strategies to integrate performance-based evaluation, collect actionable data, and confidently show the impact of your training at every level.
Gain a Competitive Edge with Data-Driven Design
In today’s fast-paced business world, learning professionals who can prove the impact of their programs stand out. This program will equip you with Kirkpatrick’s proven evaluation methods, allowing you to design training that is both strategic and measurable. You'll gain the skills to integrate pre- and post-training evaluation, collect meaningful data, and demonstrate the ROI of your learning interventions.
