Why Join?

Design Training that Drives Performance

Too often, training focuses on delivering knowledge rather than driving action. In the Performance Designer by Kirkpatrick program, you’ll learn to create behavior-driven training solutions that don’t just inform—but transform. By aligning your designs with measurable business objectives, you’ll ensure your training leads to real workplace performance improvements and tangible results for your organization.

Ensure Your Training Delivers Measurable Business Impact

Many instructional designers struggle to move beyond Levels 1 and 2 of the Kirkpatrick Model, focusing only on participant satisfaction and knowledge retention. This program teaches you how to design training with Levels 3 (Behavior) and 4 (Results) in mind from the start—ensuring that learning leads to on-the-job behavior change and measurable business outcomes. You’ll develop strategies to integrate performance-based evaluation, collect actionable data, and confidently show the impact of your training at every level.

Gain a Competitive Edge with Data-Driven Design

In today’s fast-paced business world, learning professionals who can prove the impact of their programs stand out. This program will equip you with Kirkpatrick’s proven evaluation methods, allowing you to design training that is both strategic and measurable. You'll gain the skills to integrate pre- and post-training evaluation, collect meaningful data, and demonstrate the ROI of your learning interventions.

Our participants love us

Participating in the Kirkpatrick Bronze Certification Program was a game-changer for me. As a learning and development professional, I always knew evaluation was important, but this program provided a practical framework and the tools to truly measure the impact of my training programs.  I was able to leverage these to develop and articulate a clear vision for stakeholders, demonstrating how our 2025 learning initiatives would directly impact organizational performance.
Danny Phang
"This program exceeded my expectations and has given me the confidence and tools I need to apply what I've learned in my role. The content was engaging, and both the facilitators and Sarah (Community Manager) were knowledgeable and supportive. I look forward to putting these skills into practice, helping others along the way, developing my capstone, and proposing it to the Director of my organization to help establish new initaitives."
Freddy Torres Vega
"Excellent course. I highly recommend anyone involved in curriculum design take this course as soon as possible. I have a Masters in Instructional Design yet there was information in here that is critical to Instructional Design if you want to create real changes in behaviors within an organization."

I have received training on the Kirkpatrick Model elsewhere why do I need this?

The training you have received prior is likely out of date. The model was updated years ago by Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick and Wendy Kayser Kirkpatrick. How valid is this model from a research point of view?

Very! We have had a number of people conduct research from a doctoral level.
