September 2025 Kirkpatrick® Silver Certification Program (Hybrid)

The purpose of the Kirkpatrick® Silver Certification Program is to guide participants to create an evaluation plan using the Kirkpatrick Model in conjunction with their stakeholders and then implement their evaluation plan culminating in delivering a compelling presentation that demonstrates the initiative’s value. Participants receive actionable feedback and coaching throughout the program.
  • Live Sessions:  6 (3 in person, 3 virtual)
  • Session Time: 1.5 days in person, 7 hours virtual (two 3-hour sessions + one final 1-hour session)

Implementation Outcomes Strategist
Linda Hainlen is a forward-thinking leader in healthcare training and performance outcomes with over 30 years of experience. As the Director of Business Development and an integral member of the Implementation Practice team at medSR, she is dedicated to achieving significant results from EHR implementations and enhancing outcomes in clinical, revenue cycle, and supply chain. Under her leadership, her department at IU Health was awarded the ASTD BEST award, and she played a key role in creating IU Health’s corporate university, The Learning Alliance. Additionally, Linda contributes to healthcare education as an author and co-author of various publications and white papers.
Linda’s expertise extends to training project management, where she applies the Kirkpatrick Model and the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model, significantly improving her department's strategic role within the organization. Linda's passion for these models stems from their transformative impact on results. A renowned speaker, she has shared her insights and experiences at major conferences, illustrating her commitment to advancing healthcare training and outcomes.
