Linda Hainlen is a forward-thinking leader in healthcare training and performance outcomes with over 30 years of experience. As the Director of Business Development and an integral member of the Implementation Practice Team at medSR, she is dedicated to achieving significant results from EHR implementations and enhancing outcomes in clinical, revenue cycle, and supply chain practices. Linda was the Director of Learning Solutions at IU Health for 14 years and under her leadership, her department was awarded the ASTD BEST award, and she played a key role in creating IU Health’s corporate university. Linda contributes to healthcare education as an author and co-author of various publications and white papers. Linda is a Kirkpatrick Gold Certified Professional and the recipient of the Kirkpatrick BrightLight© Professional award.
Linda’s expertise extends to training project management, where she applies the Kirkpatrick Model and the Kirkpatrick Business Partnership Model, significantly improving training’s strategic role within the organization. Linda's passion for these models stems from their transformative impact on results. A renowned speaker, she has shared her insights and experiences at several international conferences, illustrating her commitment to advancing healthcare training and outcomes.

Kirkpatrick ® Community Manager
Sarah is dedicated to helping individuals succeed and grow through impactful learning experiences. Based in Iowa, Sarah has a diverse background, starting in higher education consulting and transitioning into roles focused on client success and sales enablement.
At Kirkpatrick Partners, she facilitates bronze and silver programs, manages our LMS, LearnWorlds, supports bronze and silver grading efforts, and has the privilege of supporting the vibrant and engaged Kirkpatrick Partners Community. Passionate about continuous improvement, Sarah fosters meaningful relationships and creates an environment that encourages learning, growth, and connection.
